On Outlook for iOS, turn on the Save Contacts option. Turn on the switches next to the Sync contacts and Sync calendars options. Pick the email account under the Email Accounts section. This has happened to everyone in the business with access to this calendar, it did one round a few months ago and now it has started again. If that does not happen, check Outlook’s sync settings. Click the Sync calendars with checkbox in the Calendars section, and choose your calendar software from the dropdown list. Click Sync to sync the iPhone calendar to the computer. If I log into as the affected user and go to Outlook > Calendar I can't see all appointments, I then create a test appointment, leave it a few and close the calendar browser tab. Select the Sync calendars, and choose either All calendars or Selected calendars.
This is what I came across when trying to fix the issue. Removing and re-adding the account on the iPhone doesn't fix it, does not bring in the other appointments, creating appointments sync to all users, deleting those appointments also syncs across. 'Person A can't see all of the appointments for today on their iPhone but I can see them on Outlook desktop'
